First you need a Gameshark for what system your portableizing and rip it open.
Now break the board or cut in the spaces between the circuity and the pins and again between the circuity and the cartrage
port.
now solder a wire to each pin and solder the other end to a pin on the cartrage port and your DONE.
Now you should test it out.
